Skyline Sunday Market Rules & Policies - effective 2026

•  Space Limits: Only one vehicle per seller. Sellers must keep all merchandise inside their designated selling space.

•  Parking & Traffic: Sellers or Buyers vehicles are not allowed to park on neighborhood streets. No vehicles containing merchandise are permitted in the buyers' parking lot. Drive slowly: the property speed limit is 5 MPH. Watch for children.

•  Strict Schedule: Reserved sellers may begin setting up at 8:00 AM and must be checked in by 8:30 AM. All merchandise and trash must be entirely removed from the premises by the close of the swap meet. Event trash barrels are reserved for customer use only.

•  Space Sharing: Sellers may not sell, sublet, or share their assigned spaces.

•  Audio Equipment: Tape players, radios, and CD players may only be played for brief product demonstrations and must be kept at a low volume.

•  Marketing Restrictions: No distribution of flyers is permitted on the premises. Business cards are acceptable.

•  Safety Requirements: All tents and canopy tarps must be secured with a minimum of 15lb. weights per leg to prevent wind hazards. The field is open and winds can be strong during breezy days.

•  Prohibited Vehicles: No cars, trucks, motorcycles, or recreational vehicles may be sold or offered for sale on the property.

•  Alcohol & Power: No alcoholic beverages are allowed anywhere on the premises. No power equipment may be operated unless pre-authorized by management.

•  Pet Policy: Dogs are only allowed on the property when on a leash at all times, except for certified service animals accompanied by proper documentation. No pets are allowed inside the concession stand area.

•  Counterfeit Goods: Anyone caught selling counterfeit or trademark-infringing merchandise will face immediate and permanent expulsion from the venue.

•  Management Rights: Management reserves the absolute right to expel any seller from the premises for rule violations or general misconduct.

🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED ITEMS FOR SALE:

The following items are banned from sale at the Skyline Swap Meet. Violation will result in immediate removal without a refund:

• Firearms, B.B. guns, pellet guns, cross bows, ammunition of any kind, or ammunition components.

• Martial arts weapons, stink bombs, and snap caps.

• Counterfeit, replica, or pirated merchandise.

• Candy, food, canned goods, or beverages (reserved exclusively for the venue kitchen).

• Toothpaste, mouthwash, medical preparations, or tobacco products.

• Live animals, fish, reptiles, birds, or narcotic paraphernalia.

• Spray paint and felt pens.

• Mattresses and overstuffed furniture (unless fully sanitized and certified).

• Any materials deemed dangerous, hazardous, pornographic, indecent, or otherwise objectionable by Management.
